Shipping & Returns

DisplayFair ships via local carrier, FedEx, UPS and Freight, and passes our volume shipping discounts to our customers. If you have a preferred shipper, please let us know.

At DisplayFair we can offer a diverse selection of high quality and fairly priced products because we work closely with and ship directly from select manufacturers who specialize in their own specific products.

We carefully review all of our manufacturers and products we offer from them, and our established relationships with these factories, some more than 25 years in the making, ensures our preferred distributor status. Additionally, our jointly designed and proprietary products and programs help us achieve our goal of offering our customers the best products, for the best price and with the best buying experiencing.

Because we ship directly from various manufacturers each with their own return, restocking and warranty policies, we recommend checking with us about a specific items's return and warranty eligibility, prior to purchasing.

That said, DisplayFair stands behind the products we offer. We will always make every attempt at making any unfortunate situation that may arise right, and therefore require that all issues with deliveries or products be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. We reserve the right to not resolve issues past the (5) business day inspection/report deadline.

If you do have an issue to report please contact us immediately. Do not return any items without contacting us first and obtaining a specific RA#, instructions and return address. Returns without this information may result in delayed or non-refunds.
